Open Question: Questions about the adSense ToS?

I have 3 questions: 1. Will I get banned for using ad-revenue sharing sites which rotate my ads with them? 2. Will I get banned for running ad-revenue sharing sites? 3. Many years ago I put some adboxes in some Google Web Gadgets I made. They got no views so I pretty much forgot about them, and today I don't know which gadgets I made, and they do not seem linked to my Google account. Now I've noticed I am getting around 5000 views and $0.5 per week on them, and on a second thought I am pretty much sure this is against the ToS.
