Open Question: Adsense help in stopping Japanese Ads or Chinese ones ?

I know am able to block Ads networks in google Many Japanese or Chinese ads appeared on my sites recently and of course it reduced my income since now one from my visitors will care for such ads ( written with un-understandable language ) how can i stop this kind of ads ? And what else do you think i shall do to increase ads accuracy ?
